- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapples drained
- 1 cup canned cherries stemmed, drained, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 cup (14 oz.) condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cherry juice from the canned cherries
- 1/2 tsp buko pandan extract
- 3/4 cup heavy cream cold
- 1/4 cup coconut cream cold
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 graham cracker crust 6 inch

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked coconut, pineapple, cherries, condensed milk, lemon juice, cherry juice, and buko pandan extract.
- Using the Oster handmixer, whip the cream and cream cheese until combined and smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream–cream cheese mixture into the coconut mixture.
- Gradually fold in the cream cheese mixture with the heavy cream mixture. Gently fold in the fruits next.
- Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top of the graham cracker crust.
- Spread the pie filling on top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to overnight.
