1 1/2 ounce semi- sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup milk (scalded)
Bailey’s or Kahlua (optional)
Whipped cream, for garnishing
1.Add chocolate chips, sugar and eggs into Oster DualPro Multiblender. Pulse for about 30 seconds until ingredients are mixed well and chocolate chips are cut into smaller pieces.
2.Pour in scalding hot milk and Kahlua or Bailey’s. Blend at medium speed until mixture is very smooth and chocolate chips have melted properly.
3.Pour into small serving glasses and chill until firm.
4. Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
