Japanese-Style Ginger Dressing

Transform your salad into an irresistable dish with this recipe~

Ingredients
-    1/3 cup peanut or canola oil
-    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
-    4 teaspoons ketchup
-    1 tablespoon soy sauce
-    2 teaspoons granulated sugar
-    1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
-    1/3 cup chopped onion
-    1 tablespoon chopped celery
-    1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

Directions
-    Place all ingredients in blending cup in order listed; mix until SMOOTH using Oster® stick mixer
