- ¾ cup green onions
- 400 g potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 2 cups nonfat or low-fat milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, or to taste
- Thinly sliced fresh chives for garnish
- Combine green onions, potatoes and milk in Oster® Versa Blender.
- Select SOUP setting and run it for 5 minutes.
- Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Top with chives and serve with croutons, cheese, and bacon if desired
