- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup of quick-melting cheese, or any cheese desired
-On the Oster grill pans, place blocks of cheese and melt for 5 minutes.
-While melting cheese, grill corn kernels on top of the Oster grill plate.
-Season everything with salt and pepper.
-Spread the melted cheese on crackers and top with corn. Enjoy.
