Chocolate Cream
Instructions
  1. Using OsterĀ® handmixer, mix whipping cream and chocolate syrup in one bowl at low speed until well-combined.
  2. Stir in vanilla, salt and sugar.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or let set in the freezer but stirring every now and then to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  4. Whip chilled chocolate cream with OsterĀ® handmixer until stiff peaks form.
  5. Serve in a glass and top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and sprigs of mint if preferred.
